The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunboh Wahab has discovered to his utter amazement, a Residential Building sitting right on a Canal with its Fence constructed to block the Canal from free-flow.
This shameful and despicable discovery is situated in the Agungi Area of Lekki.
In his words “they blocked the Canal with a concrete Fence, they now built a Canal View-Estate on the Canal path,” this is at Agungi, he said.
