The collaboration was solidified during a pivotal meeting where Jose Bamoquina, the Angolan Ambassador to Nigeria, paid a courtesy visit to Joseph Utsev, Nigeria’s Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, along with his state counterpart in Abuja.
